This is an example of one of my days.   Obviously this would change on a day to day basis due to different children's needs and development.

08:00 - 08:30	Children arriving.   Breakfast if required.
08:30 - 09:00	School run for my own children and others of school age.
09:00 - 09:30	Preparing to go out
09:30 - 11:30	Toddler group / morning activity
11:30 - 12:30	Play time
12:30 - 13:30	Lunch
13:30 - 14:45	Sleep if required or afternoon activity
14:45 - 15:15	Afternoon school run
15:15 - 17:00	Play
17:00 - 18:00	Dinner and quiet time
18:00	Home time

I like to take the children out most mornings.   We then have the afternoons to play at home and do activities.
