In order for any child’s specific needs to be met, I feel it is important for myself and parents to work together. I will do my best to support whatever the parents feel necessary to meet these needs.

 

I will also ensure all needs are met by :

 

• Treating each child as an individual
• Adapting activities so that all children can be involved
• Gaining support from a special needs co-ordinator if I feel it is needed
